Delivery Time
Your total delivery time consists of Order Processing Time and International Shipping Time.
Order Processing Time: 3-5 Business Days Please Note:
A. Processing time is calculated from the moment payment is received until the order is verified (a confirmation email will be sent after payment).
B. Before your order is shipped, you may request changes, including but not limited to: updating colors, sizes, styles, or products, as well as modifying the shipping address. (Please refer to our Cancellation & Return Policy). In such cases, the processing time will be reset and calculated from the moment the final order details are confirmed. We will send an updated confirmation email with your new estimated delivery date.
C. During holiday seasons (including Chinese public holidays and holidays in your local region), processing times may be longer than usual. We will provide advance notice regarding any such delays.

A. The shipping times listed are estimates for normal conditions. In the event of extraordinary circumstances—such as natural disasters, geopolitical conflicts, or other force majeure events—we will notify you via email of any impact on your delivery.
B. Once your order has successfully shipped, we will provide a Tracking Number via your registered email address within 1-2 business days.
C. We regret that we are currently unable to deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, as well as P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO).
D. Due to varying shipping regulations across different regions, certain items may only be eligible for Standard Shipping. Please review your checkout page carefully; if no expedited shipping option is available, it indicates that expedited service is currently unavailable for your specific order or location.
Shipping Fees & Taxes
A. Complimentary Worldwide Shipping: To ensure you receive our handcrafted products at the best possible value, we cover all standard shipping costs for your order. This includes both international transit and local last-mile delivery directly to your doorstep.
B. Hassle-Free Customs & Duties :We are pleased to announce that Hushwing covers all customs duties for your orders. You can shop with total peace of mind, knowing that there will be no unexpected fees or hidden charges upon arrival. Whether you are shopping locally or internationally, the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
Please Note:
1. Remote Area Surcharges: Delivery to certain remote or offshore locations may require additional fees. If your shipping address falls within a remote zone, our team will notify you via email during order processing (prior to shipment) to discuss the available options.
2. Regional Policy Exceptions: As Hushwing serves customers globally, a small number of countries or regions may have unique, non-standard tax policies that could result in minor local fees upon delivery. If you have any questions regarding these specific charges, please contact the Hushwing Global Support Team.
3. Refusal of Shipment: If you choose to refuse a shipment, please refer to our Returns & Warranty page for details on applicable fees and refund eligibility.
Delivery/Fulfillment
Can I get any compensation if there is a shipping delay?
We are making every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, due to high order volumes and various factors that may cause unexpected delays during international transit, your delivery may be delayed.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by these delays. Should a delay occur, please refer to the compensation guidelines below:
Delays within 7 days after the estimated delivery date are considered within a reasonable range and are not eligible for compensation.
For delays of 8 to 14 days, we have prepared a special gift as compensation.
For delays of 15 to 21 days, we offer a partial refund of 5% of the product price (up to $20). Additionally, you will receive a discount coupon for your next purchase.
For delays of 22 to 35 days, we offer a partial refund of 10% of the product price (up to $50). Additionally, an extra discount coupon will be provided for your next order.
For delays exceeding 35 days, please contact us directly. We will provide a partial refund of up to 15% of the product price (up to $100), along with additional coupons for your future purchases.
Important Notes:
A. The compensation period is calculated based on the number of days following the Estimated Delivery Date shown on our website.
B. This policy applies strictly to delays caused by shipping and logistics issues. Delays resulting from incomplete shipping information or failed delivery attempts are not eligible for compensation.
C. Compensation is calculated based on the actual price paid for the items, excluding shipping fees, insurance, and any applied coupons. (For example, if an order totals $120, consisting of a $100 product and $20 international shipping, the refund will be calculated based on the $100 product price, not $120.)
How do I estimate the delivery time?
Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
The Estimated Delivery Date displayed on our website is a time range calculated based on standard processing and shipping conditions, including destination, shipping method, carrier recommendations, and our extensive logistics experience.
The Estimated Delivery Date represents the timeframe in which we expect to complete your order based on your country/region and selected shipping method. This estimate includes both Order Processing Time and Transit Time.
Please understand that the Estimated Delivery Date may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as severe weather, customs clearance procedures, or carrier delays. In particular, recent tightening of international shipping and customs policies globally may lead to unexpected transit delays.
Please Note:
We are not responsible for delays caused by the following circumstances:
A. Information Changes: Changes or corrections to contact information or the shipping address made after the order has been placed.
B. Product Modifications: Re-specification of products in your order after placement, such as changing to a different color, size, or style.
C. First Delivery Attempt: If the carrier makes the first delivery attempt within the estimated delivery window, but the delivery is unsuccessful because you were unavailable, requested a self-pickup, or provided an invalid address, we are not responsible for the actual time you receive the package.
D. Remote Areas: Your shipping address is located in a designated remote or offshore area.
