At Hushwing, we operate on a direct-to-consumer model that eliminates middleman markups. We own and operate a 53,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Zhongshan, Guangdong Province, China. By shipping directly from our factory to your doorstep, we remove unnecessary warehousing costs and pass those savings directly to you, providing unique, high-quality lighting fixtures at a fraction of retail prices.


 

1. General Shipping Principles

  • Origin of Shipment: All orders are dispatched directly from our manufacturing hub in Zhongshan, Guangdong, China.

  • Logistics Partners: We maintain strategic partnerships with premier global carriers including UPS, FedEx, and DHL. To ensure the most efficient delivery, the specific carrier is assigned automatically based on your destination and the product’s dimensions.

2. Delivery Timeframe Composition

Estimated Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + International Shipping Time

  • Order Processing Time: Typically 3 – 5 business days.

    • Modifications: You may request changes to your order (color, size, style) or shipping address within 24 hours of payment confirmation at no extra cost. After 24 hours or once the item has been dispatched, modifications are no longer possible.

    • Note: Processing time excludes public holidays in both the origin and destination countries.

  • International Shipping Time: The duration from when the package is handed to the international carrier until it reaches your door.

4. Shipping Protection Service

For added peace of mind, we offer an optional Shipping Protection service at checkout:

  • Enhanced Coverage: Orders with Shipping Protection are prioritized for claims involving damage, loss, or theft during transit.

  • Priority Support: Protected orders receive 24-hour priority claim processing (excluding holidays) and dedicated one-on-one assistance for expedited replacements or refunds.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Free Worldwide Shipping: Hushwing covers all standard shipping costs, including international transit and local last-mile delivery.

  • Duties Paid (DDP): For orders shipped to the USA, UK, and EU, Hushwing handles all import duties and taxes. The price displayed at checkout is the final price you pay—no hidden fees or surprise charges upon delivery.

  • Remote Areas: A small surcharge may apply to extremely remote or offshore locations. Our team will contact you via email before shipping if your address falls into such a category.

6. Delivery Failures & Refusals

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete.

  • Failed Delivery: If a delivery fails due to an invalid address, recipient unavailability, or unjustified refusal of the shipment, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping fees, duties, and re-delivery costs.

  • Refund Adjustments: In such cases, refunds will be processed after deducting these actual incurred costs, in accordance with our Return & Warranty Policy.

7. Order Tracking

Within 1 – 2 business days of dispatch, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package’s real-time status via the link provided in the email or directly on our website.

Trade Program Customers: Please note that the terms and conditions on this page do not apply to Trade Program orders. For specific shipping and logistics inquiries, please contact your dedicated Account Manager.
