5. Order Cancellations and Modifications As noted in our FAQ, you have a 24-hour window from the time of purchase to request a cancellation or modification (such as address changes). Once an order has entered the production or shipping stage, it cannot be canceled.

6. Shipping and Customs We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping Worldwide on all orders. All products are dispatched directly from our manufacturing facility in Zhongshan, China.

  • For orders to the USA, UK, and EU, we typically ship on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, meaning import duties are included in your purchase price.

  • For other regions, while shipping remains free, any local import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
